I really appreciate Kiara Witherspoon, very welcoming and friendly, I was not in the best mood just got bad news back to back. She was not affected by my mood she just started with helping me. Not know actually what I was needing. This lady was a breath of fresh air from the time I walk in the door. I'm so grateful for her to be there, outstanding and very helpful. Went in today for a Renewal and Khiti was super helpful. I didn't understand how CLUE reports work but now I do. Ive notice a big turnover in this office but I think everything is well now! She said she was management and I do believe y'all made a good choice.
